Almond Roca

This crunchy, butter, toffee candy is made with sweet butter, sugar, almonds, and light corn syrup which is cooked to 290 degrees then frosted on both sides with chocolate and finished with crushed almonds.  It is then broken into pieces for your confection pleasure!
