This Beach Theme 3 tier wedding cake is frosted in ombre shades of teal buttercream and finished with individually molded white and teal chocolate shells dusted with white pearl dust. The entire cake is edible with the exception of the starfish on top! The cake itself is also ombre shades of teal cake batter. Each tier is 4 layers, each layer one shade lighter than the one below it. The cupcakes are also frosted with teal buttercream and finished with a chocolate shell. The “sand” is achieved with Demerara sugar. A truly special cake for a very special occasion!
