    When an ordinary cake just won’t do, you need “The Pake”!  This version is a fully baked, homemade apple pie-homemade piecrust and all-baked into a homemade applesauce spice cake.  It is frosted and decorated with homemade buttercream frosting and detailed with beautiful, handmade drop flowers.  Other custom flavor combinations are available.  How about a Black Forest Pake-a fully baked, homemade fresh cherry pie baked into a homemade, dark chocolate cake covered in a cloud of real, homemade whipped cream!   Yum!

What young boy, or young man, for that matter, wouldn’t love a Monster Truck Cake for their special day?  This marble cake was made for a 17 year old’s birthday party!  This is a large cake, each tire is a 6 inch round cake!  You may choose your cake flavor and frosting color.  All frostings are homemade buttercream, made with real butter!  Yum!

Who says you can’t have dessert for breakfast?  Introducing Cinnamon Roll Cupcakes!  Rich Buttermilk Yellow Cake combines with Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Buttermilk Cake.  They are piped with home made Cream Cheese Frosting and finished with a spiral of Cinnamon and Brown Sugar Cream Cheese Frosting.  Yum!

Fresh Cherry Tart w/Almond Shortbread Crust & Dark Chocolate Almond Crumbles

This rich, 11 inch tart is made with two pounds of fresh, hand pitted cherries-none of that canned cherry filling here!  The cherries sit on a shortbread crust featuring crushed, toasted almonds and sweet butter.  The chocolate crumbles also consist of crushed, toasted almonds and sweet butter.  With over two pounds of cherries and nearly ½ pound of sweet butter, this is a truly special dessert!

These chocolate, peanut butter cupcakes are very rich and should be eaten with a tall glass of milk!  The cupcake batter is made with eggs, dark chocolate, unsweetened cocoa powder and sweet butter.  The filling is made with cream cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar.  If these cupcakes aren’t already over the top, they are then finished with a swirl of rich chocolate buttercream made with dark chocolate and sweet butter.  These cupcakes are sure to satisfy the most discerning chocoholic!

1st Communion Cake

This 1st Communion cake is a full sheet cake topped with a cross shaped cake.  This version is a Classic White Cake covered in homemade white Buttercream frosting and accented with the celebrant’s favorite color-orange.  The cross is accented with a sprinkle of gold sanding sugar for a bit of sparkle.  This cake is sure to please and will serve approximately 100 people.
