Effie Sorrentino, formally Effie Chalogias, was born, raised and has lived in Manchester, NH for her entire life. She has always enjoyed various culinary arts and feels that her love of working in the kitchen is in her blood. Her Mom was a wonderful cook, her Aunt made candy and wedding cakes and her cousin ran a catering business! She loves the challenge of new dishes and is at her happiest when working in the kitchen. She is married to Peter Sorrentino, an AP Physics teacher at Manchester’s Memorial High School.
